- 6:00 - 8:00 PM - The Silent Auction Preview Party will be held in the Sunday School room, located at the rear of the Church Office building, where Little Peeps Montessori School operates during the school year.
Saturday, July 11
- 7:30 AM - T-shirt & Bib Pick up and Registration for Kids & Adult Road Race in Wilbur Gymnasium
- 8:30 AM - Kid's Race Start on the Wilbur Athletic Fields
- 9:00 AM - Road Race goes off in front of A1 Pizza
- 9:00 AM - Silent Auction, Craft Vendors, Bake Sale, Book Sale, White Elephant and Children’s Games are Open.
- 11:00 AM - Lobster Luncheon Tickets go on sale in front of the Church
- 3:00 PM - Fair Ends

Silent Auction Preview Party
You’re invited to our Silent Auction Preview Party on Friday, July 10th, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. across the street from the Church. Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and live music while you get an exclusive first look at our auction items. The online Silent Auction officially opens at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, July 10th, for preview party attendees and will be open on Fair day from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. The online auction will close for bidding at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, July 17th.
