Located in the seaside town of Little Compton, RI, the United Congregational Church is the quintessential New England spot to host a wedding ceremony. If you would like to have your wedding ceremony at the UCC in LC, please contact our Church Office at 401-635-8472 as soon as you're able. The Church Office will set up a meeting with the Minister to discuss your wedding ceremony. You do not need to be a member to be married in our church. It is expected that the resident minister will lead or co-lead the wedding ceremony. |

You're getting married!!
Now what do you do? 1. If you have a date in mind and wish to be married in our church, you will need to contact the Church at 401-635-8472 or by email. 2. We will let you know of the availability and pencil you in as a temporary hold on that date. 3. Then you will need to fill out our form of agreement and plan a date to meet with the pastor. 4. Once the pastor has met with you and the form has been returned, the date will be firmly set. 5. The pastor will help you in planning the wedding ceremony. |

Payable immediately in order to hold your date. The following is due 15 day prior to your wedding date: Minister ~ ......................................................…...................$400.00 (includes rehearsal and wedding) Organist ~ Raymond Buttero.......................................$200.00 ($75.00 additional for rehearsal) Any wedding couple wishing to use a different organist should call the Church office directly for permission. Church organists depend on weddings as a steady source of income, the organist shall receive a $200.00 substitution fee. Service Coordinator ~ Karen Willis......................................$200.00 (The Coordinator arrives 1 hour before the service ~ fee includes rehearsal and wedding.) |
